Lukoil says Jan–Sep oil output almost flat on year at 65 mln tns

MOSCOW, Nov 13 (PRIME) -- The oil output of Russian oil company Lukoil fell 0.8% on the year to 65.016 million tonnes in January–September, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.

Production excluding the West Qurna project declined 0.5% to 63.778 million tonnes.

In July–September, the output including the West Qurna project grew 3.4% on the quarter to 22.186 million tonnes, and excluding the oilfield increased 2.8% to 21.717 million tonnes.

Lukoil’s gas production jumped 19.2% on the year to 24.6 billion cubic meters in January–September, and rose 3.6% on the quarter to 8.5 billion cubic meters in July–October.

The company refined 50.3 million tonnes of oil in January–September, a 0.7% rise on the year, and 17.5 million tonnes of oil in July–September, a 4.4% increase on the quarter.
